Percentage of adults who met CDC recommendations for physical activity, 2002-2005

Data notes
The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention recommends moderate physical activity for at least 30 minutes on at least 5 days per week, or vigorous activity for at least 20 minutes at least 3 days per week. Rates are age-adjusted. *Figures based on less than 50 respondents or fewer than 12 persons in one age group may not accurately reflect behavior of the entire county and results should be interpreted with caution.
