On this site, there are 58 elements important for local communities to better understand the health of their population. The majority of these data elements are a compilation of leading sources of health related data to facilitate easy access by communities. To learn more about a particular data element, please go to the link provided for each data element for expert interpretation or analysis. OHPR in some cases has created "regional" data when appropriate so as to provide communities with information relative to their community, although not just about their community. In addition, not all data elements are not available for all communities due to data collection issues for that particular source.
